0.51 Win: Issues with filmstrip mode

In the two filmstrip modes, there are several issues
1. It is not possible to hide the info panel
2. The height of the thumbstrip never sizes properly in response to the selected thumbnail mode
3. The toolbar buttons for thumbs-only on/off, preview on/off, info on/off do not synchronize with the view.
