Sort categories?

Is there anyway to change the order of the categories in the Browser?
Like, instead of automatically being listed by name, have them listed by date created or a custom order of some kind?

On Tue Oct 09, 2012 was non possible, and now it's still not possible
Will this be possible? XnViewMP is great, but I have plenty of categories and an alphabetic order would save from mess...

Please forgive me: I don't know anything about
categories in XnView, so when I searched for "
sorting categories" I found this thread, and I assumed it dealed with XnViewMP.
