TreeViewWidth bug

Hello
If you maximum resize the treeview panel to the left with your mouse, it will be impossible then to resize it back
PS well, i've manually edited the line TreeViewWidth= in xnview.ini but i think this is not the right way to fix it

But it's just the mouse cursor shape that does not change, so you still can resize by dragging the border line. No need to edit the .ini file.
