Menu bar still shown even turn off in xnview.ini

I'm currently using XnView 0.53 x64, default open mode is viewer / maximize window. I had disabled menubar in xnview.ini
The story: I open jpg via association (XnViewMP in viewer mode / maximize window), then I press F11 twice (enter to fullscreen mode and return to viewer mode) and the menubar is shown, but it width is not fully window width.
You can see it in the screenshot. I take a part at the top-left window, but you can see that the menu bar show as >> and not fully width.
