0.53 Win 8 64 bit NAS drives not showing

Mapped network drives do not show in the folder tree in the 64 bit 0.53 release (Windows 8 - Microsoft Surface Pro). They are present in the 32 bit release.

Really strange, it's the same code. How do you create the map?

I was connecting with the net use command in a .bat file as windows 8 occasionally failed to remember the credentials.
I just disconnected the network drives and remapped using the explorer interface. The network drives are now visible in both the 32 and 64 bit versions, so the issues is a windows os one.
I have not had much reason to work with photos for past couple of months, but I am looking forward to using version 0.56. I experienced frequent xnviewMP crashes with windows xp. On windows 8 xnviewMP 0.53 seldom crashed. As far as I'm concerned xnviewMP is the best photo tool in the free marketplace.
