Transparent GIF not displaying properly

Hey there,
I have stumbled across a .gif that isn't correctly displayed in XnView. It seems to "freeze" certain frames, then continues to display the next frames over the frozen ones. Here's the .gif in question
And how it displays it, respectively:
What could the issue be? Is there a certain setting to change?
