Crash when viewing TIFF file

When I try to view this TIFF file with XnView 2.00, it crashes immediately.

Does crash for me

PS: XNVIEW 1.70.3 from 2004-Jun-21 doesn't crash, it rejects the file

Fixed in 2.03. But XnShellEx still crashes explorer.
