solved-doesn't remember favourite folders

If I save favourite folders on restart the favourite folders list is empty
using version 0.51 on linux
Have re-installed and it remembers favourites now but still a load of bugs like
doulbe entry of categories -if you make the mistake of deleting one -say you have the category Mother appear twice if you remove one of them the next time you restart you have no category Mother.
