Right Click Menu on a Folder in Thumbs pane doesn't Cut

In the following configuration...
you can see clearly that the Right Click menu on a Folder in Thumbs pane has the Cut option disabled. What's interesting is that the same Cut option when one does right-click on a file (or several files) works...
