Problems with Drag & Drop in Thumbs pane

In the following configuration... (

...dragging the 'Folder 1', called 'Test Tamron' in the Empty Area it should copy it in a new folder called "Copy of Test Tamron" (or whatever). But instead it creates a subfolder in the original folder ('Test Tamron') with the same name ('Test Tamron').
...also, forcing a move (? - I think that much better is to have Move as default action because we do not want to duplicate (copy) our photos, we mainly want to arrange them) using the Shift key in the Empty Area it shouldn't happen anything (because is a move drag & drop from a place to the same place). However, it creates a subfolder in the original folder ('Test Tamron') with the same name ('Test Tamron').

In short, drag & drop one (or more) folders in thumbs pane has problems, either we want to copy or move it.
