PNG to JPG trans. as path ?

Hi, is it possible to convert a .PNG file into a JPG but save the transparency as path in JPG . ( you can do this in PS but I want to convert like 200 png like this. )
AFAIK, saving clipping path information in JPEG/TIFF is only possible in Photoshop.
Have you thought about recording an action (Photoshop macro) for batch-coverting your PNGs?
