Hi,
How are you? I have been using Xnview for more than 10 years and love it. However, all of sudden, Slide Show keeps crashing. Nothing new was done to the computer. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Xnview but that has not solved the problem. Help!
OS: Windows 7
Xnview ver - 2.03

Hi Pierre,
Thank you for getting back so quickly. By clean .ini, do you mean uninstalling the program plus all files in AppData? I used Revo uninstaller to remove the program. Then I removed the folder in AppData\Roaming. Then I searched for all xnview and xnsoft files using "xn*" for the search and removed those.
I then rebooted and reinstalled ver 2.03 (XnView-win-full.exe)
It still crashed. The MS details for the crash are:
Application Timestamp: 51a5e286
Fault Module Name: xnview.exe
Fault Module Version: 2.1.0.0
Fault Module Timestamp: 51a5e286
Exception Code: c00000fd

OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.1
Locale ID: 1033

I am using Windows 7 (32-bit) SP1, 4 Gb RAM.
Nvidia GeForce 8600 GTS
Widescreen resolution: 1366 X 768.
Again, this is the first time ever that I have had a problem.
Respectfully,
Paul

Hi Pierre,
I turns out that all the .sld files in the my "Slides" folder cause the problem. They seem to be corrupted. There are no problems if I make new .sld files; no matter how large or if they are in the same "Slides" folder. I had to remake 40 .sld files but everything is working. Thanks for your help.
