Minor: Two mistakes concerning descriptions (descript.ion)

These errors exist already longer:
1) The displaying of description depends on the case of the file name. For example if the extention of an file name is changed from "jpg" to "JPG" by another graphic-program, the description would not be displayed any longer. Windows file names are normally not case sensitive!
2) After making an description the text is not immediately displayed in the status-bar. I is only displayed after refreshing the picture.
