Sort Order and Renaming

Wenn I user Sort order "Custom" and change order of thumbnails by drag & drop everything is fine.
Then when I rename an image in this structure and press "f5" - the renamed image is always listed as last image in the folder.
How can I rename images and the sort-order will stay the same?
