Conflict with photoshop

Hi, and thanks for this great software
When I save in photoshop in a folder, with xnview showing it, photoshop is unable to write the file. It created a .tmp file, and that's all.
I think the conflict is from xnview, generating the thumbnail.
This bug is not regular.

I think I just fixed this issue adding exclusion for .tmp extensions.
