Batch Convert: Cannot convert nested subfolders

If we have two-level (or more?) nested sub-folders and we try to convert the files from these, we cannot. (In fact this is a variant of an already-fixed bug).
How to reproduce:
Have the following structure:
IF the F1 does NOT have any file in it, except the subfolders SF1 and SF2 and we chose the F1 to convert, the Batch Convert window shows "0 files to convert". The expected is to show all the files from SF1 and SF2.
Be sure to check the fix for more levels of nesting, ie. F1\SF1\SF11\...
