Hints & Help!

I see from enough posts here that some features from program aren't known and this comes (IMHO) from the fact that the GUI is rather cryptic and doesn't inform and guide the user to its features.
IOW the GUI isn't discoverable.
And it is a pity.
And I think that one way to improve this are the hints and/or some help dialog boxes here and there.
And to start the ball rolling, the areas which needs badly such things are:
Categories Tree from Categories Pane - a hint saying:
Click to filter - use Shift and Control for multiple selections.
Right Click on different items for pop-up menus with actions.
Drag and Drop oven the desired node to assign.
Categories Tree from Info Pane - a hint saying:
Click on check-box to toggle the assignment
Right Click for pop-up menu with actions.
