XnView Software

Tested versions:
XnViewMP x64 v.0.56
XnViewMP x64 v.0.61

I am user XnviewMP use it on Windows 8 and migrated to Windows 8.1. In this version of Windows it is not working, showing the error message in the picture below.
I've tried running in compatibility mode with Windows 7, Vista, Xp, already put to Run as Administrator and nothing seems to work
Can anyone help me solve the problem? The error message is in Portuguese Brazil. Thanks.

No. I noticed that in my previous version of Windows where the works have XnviewMP. Several versions of the Microsoft Visual C + + installed. Could you pass me a link where I can download this program from Microsoft?
