0.61: Simple PNG crashing

It's a png from a chrome extension, when trying to load it it will crash.

I wonder these selection quirks i have found in xnview mp, are all related: photoshop is unable to write the file. It created a .tmp file, and that's all.
I think the conflict is from xnview, generating the thumbnail.
