filling Tags

I have been using Xnview for quite a while and find it very easy to use for what I normally require.
I now would like to add the same tag to a batch of images.
Can this be done using Xnview.
If so how and if not then does anyone have a suggestion of a program that can bulk edit Tags.
Any help much appreciated
