Convert WEBP to JPG with white background?

I was searching for a WEBP to JPG converter, I was lucky I found XnConvert. The software is very simple to use and it has many options. My only problem is every time I convert WEBP images with transparent background to JPG, the output has black background. Is it possible to make it white background instead? Thanks in advance!

Thanks for replying xnview, I have sent you a private message containing the image
I would like to add that image on my blog with a white background, it would be better if I could convert WEBP images to JPG without the black background. Thanks in advance!
