Renaming pictures

Hello!
I have a collection of pictures with the following naming:
010-Test Picture.jpg
112-House with garden.jpg
321-Summer holidays.jpg
I now would like to delete the first three letters/numbers and put a new number in front:
0001-Test Picture.jpg
0002-House with garden.jpg
0003-Summer holidays.jpg
Is this possible with XnView?
