Question about batch conversion

Hello. Sorry for my eng. It's not my best side.
I have question about batch conversion function. I use it often and have some problem.
There are some folders and some foto (jpg) in it. I need convert this pictures and put it in subfolders.
For example:
before resize c:\foto\KOR_4651.JPG
after: c:\foto\resize\KOR_4651.JPG
And I have to create this subfolder "resize" and manually enter the path for this folder. It look like:
Question is: is the possibility make settings and program make subfolder by self and no need for manually enter full path? Smt like I select some folders, ender name "resize", program convert files and put it on corresponding subfolders "resize"?
