Batch output to relative paths

Hello,
I'm currently making thumbnails for my images with the batch conversion of XnView using $\thumbnails\ for the output directory.
What I want now is to preserve the directory structure, but create it in another path.
Lets say, I have C:\Albums\2013\12_Christmas\image001.jpg, I dont' want to have C:\Albums\2013\12_Christmas\thumbnails\image001.jpg
but D:\Converted\Albums\2013\12_Christmas\thumbnails\image001.jpg.
Is that somehow possible?
