Request: add the 'Rotate' to Toolbar editor list

Hi,
I am currently running XnViewMP 0.64 in WIndows 7 sp1
Pierre, could you please consider adding the "Rotate" toolbar option to the Toolbar editor customizing list. Please also include it's icon for it to show.
