How to prevent PDF reading

Hello everyone

Since a while ago, my installation of XnView includes PDF files (and movies) when I browse images. I have a dedicated PDF viewer and movie viewer that is more useful than XnView, but I want XnView for viewing image files. How can I accomplish that? How can I prevent XnView from opening a PDF file? I mean that if I double-click an image in a folder that also has PDF files in it, and I use PgUp and PgDn to browse to the next or previous image, XnView currently includes the PDF files in the viewing... which I do not want.

Thanks
Samuel

You can tell XnView to exclude PostScript files and movies by unticking the checkboxes for AI,PS, PDF files and Video files in Tools » Options » File List » File List.
Note: View » Filter By has to be set to Custom.

In addition to that, you may want to change the Open action (Browser) for PDF files and Video files to Open in associated program (Tools » Options » Keyboard/Mouse).
