Quick, Simple & Effective Redesign of Rename dialog

The Rename dialog has a very small thumb pane on today monitors, hence it is very hard for us to distinguish what's in there:
Please change a little the layout to allow more space for the thumbnail:
Also please ad a Maximize button to the window.
