xnview cannot open files with german characters such as öl

Default win xp image viewer open it without problem
Also the png files are 64bit or something, so if I copy them elsewere xnview opens, but not quite
Looks like xnview got it's ass handed to the default crappy Windows Picture and Fax Viewer, this time.
