Automatically combined; Is the feature available ?

Halo, Forum Members.
Which feature in XnViewMP that I can use to get this?
Please, see the image.
This is a single image. Imagine that there are 3 areas; part 1, 2, and 3.
I select part 2 of the image and remove it (by using the menu/feature). After part 2 has been removed, then, parts 1 and 3 are automatically combined.
If the feature is not available in XnViewMP, what application can you suggest for the above purpose and what is the name of its feature ?
