Associated program for opening in

Hi
I have associated PSE11 with XNMP. When I right click on a Mac to open with - PSE11 loads but no picture shows in the PSE11 window? Help!

SORRY! SORTED!! I had linked to the app shortcut and not the program file. All is now well!!!
