Request: Blur (selection) toolbar

Hi,
I would very much like XnViewMP to have a proper Blur feature to be in the form of a 'Blur toolbar' similar to the already existing Spotlight toolbar or Crop toolbar
Ok, the code for Blur is already within XnViewMP
, the code is used in "Spotlight" function. Also the toolbar UI elements are already there too.
The feature would have many benefits, especially suitable for Blurring out specific areas of a photo image such as faces, genitalia, sensitive texts, email addresses on website-screenshots etc etc
Support for drawing Multiple Blur's in one image should be supported (same as how Spotlight does it)
The blur in the "Filter" feature is simply not good enough and it does not support drawn selections made on the image itself. So a Blur toolbar would be great for this.
FastStone Image Viewer, FastStone Capture and other viewers have a suitable Blur selection feature but I am an XnView user.
please see my below image mockups I created to show exactly how it would look look in XnViewMP... Please, this is a feature to benefit everyone, all users and has never properly existed in XnView classic or XnViewMP
