Rating and Colors info is not saved in TIFF files

Have in Settings | Metadata all "Export Rating to XMP" and "Export Color to XMP" checked.
Have some TIFF files (samples upon request) and add a 5 star rating to one of them.
In Windows Explorer and other programs (I tested with ACDSee - yes it is slooow) the rating isn't taken in account.
Also, I assigned on the same TIFF file 4 stars in Windows Explorer (use the status bar for this). The change isn't seen in XnView MP but in ACDSee and Photoshop appears as 4 stars.
I suspect that the same stands with Color. I cannot check with Windows Explorer but NO Color appears from XnView to ACDSee - it seems that Ratings and Colors are not saved in the TIFF medatada space.
Note that Categories work as they should (checked with Windows Explorer and Photoshop).
