Refresh with F5 key

Many browsers and programs use the F5-key to refresh the screen.
Would be nice to let XnView work the way.

F5 key is actually supported and works as "Refresh", even if it's not listed as short cut in the menus.

More accurately - as "Quick Refresh" and only in the browser.
It doesn't work in Viewer. There is already a suggestion
here (7th row):
- Reopen (view and fullscreen mode) - current Ctrl+R, add F5 (F5 is a standard refresh key)
