Mouse behavior

Hello, I am using XnView since the 2007 and I am still using the classic XnView for both work (computer graphic) and personal (photography) image management stuff.

I am regularly checking the XnView MP releases, but I am struggling with some missing behaviors.

In the classic version I am used to browse through images by using the keyboard left and right keys or the mouse scroll.
The auto size is on always on "Fit image to window, large only" and occasionally I use * and / to quickly check the image at full-size and when I do so, I like to move the image with the left mouse button. I use the left mouse double click to switch from full-screen to browser mode.

I am unable to replicate this behavior with the MP version because:
1. Right click mouse set to "move picture" automatically zoom the image to 100% and this is annoying when I try to switch from full-screen to browser mode with a double click.
2. When i use * and / to zoom to full-size, the auto size is automatically reset to "fit image to window".

Can you fix the auto size behavior and add the option to not zoom to full-size when you left click with the mouse?
Thank you in advance.

Hi,
I'll try to better explain the point 1.

In the MP version when you left click, hold and move in full-screen mode, the image will zoom to 100% (if the image is bigger than the screen resolution).
This is annoying because, when I double left click to switch from full-screen to browses mode, the image will quickly zoom before entering browser mode.

I think you already understood the point 2, but you have to look into it in the MP version, not the Classic one.

You can change the mouse behavior from Tools | Settings | Interface | Mouse.

However be advised that Automatic Zoom & Pan (what you describe above) is available as such only for left mouse button over the 'Move picture'. A bit misleading, I know...

Also switching between Browser and Full Screen is controlled in the next tab : Tools | Settings | Interface | Switching mode

I have noticed the same behavior (that Automatic Zoom & Pan is enabled only for left mouse button set to Move picture).
It would be nice to have Automatic Zoom & Pan as a separated option to enable/disable the automatic zoom behavior for all mouse buttons that are set to Move picture.
