Doesn't launch any *.exe or *.bat or *.xbs from custom button on toolbar in viewer-mode. (i.e. "_cmd_=TEST;D:/test.bat;D:/test.ico" in [View] section of "default.bar" file)

Same thing in browser-mode (same string in [Browser] section) works properly.

P.S.: win7 x64; MP v.0.68 x64

I THINK that isn't yet implemented. But I leave Pierre to confirm this.
