XnView Software

Hi!
I've installed XnView for Windows 2.22 on a windows 7 computer. I want to play MP4-videos within XnView, but with my normal user, they won't be played. I have to start the program as administrator to see the videos. What's going wrong here? All other programs can play the video (VLC, Windows Media Player), but just XnView doesn't do it. I've also tested the portable version, but the behavior is the same.

Any ideas? Every hint is welcome! Thanks.

very stange, and if install codec pack like klite in user account?

found the solution in the KLite Installation help: After installing KLite with administrator user, you have to run 'reset to recommended settings' (from windows' start menu) for every non-admin user. After relogin, video runs with XnView.
