Image description tags

I am moving to MP, My 18,000 images are tagged with the EXIF:Description tag. I have these questions
1) How can I tag multiple images with the same EXIF:Description tag? Now I can only tag them one at a time, via 'Properties|Details|Title'
2) Is there any way to tag RAW or DNG files with a description? I shoot Panasonic, making ,RW2 files.
3) Alternatively, is there a way to copy my EXIF:Description tags to IPTC Caption tags? I didn't find a metadata template for that.
Many thanks

1.) By using Batch Convert -> Actions -> Add Action - IPTC/XMP and fill the desired info in the desired field.
2.) In the works
3.) A mapping engine would be very nice.
For your example in Batch Convert in the field IPTC Caption to enter something like {EXIF:Description} as macro and the engine will understand it and copy it.
