Minor issue with Data pane button

Currently, clicking on Data pane button on toolbar makes all items show.
1. uncheck "Folders" on Data pane - just show Favorites and Filter
2. click on Data pane button
--> Folders comes back
3. click on Data pane button again
--> Data pane is hidden
I would expect that my choice of Data pane items is respected, so that when I click once on Data pane button, the pane is just hidden.
When I click it again, the pane is shown with my previous items.
