If you put a picture in the watched Folder nothing happens. It seems that earlier versions of XnConvert had this bug to. In later Versions the bug was fixed but in 1.65 it is back.

Some users may wish to leave the watched folder function running in the background for long periods:

Will it continue to operate (or could it be made to operate...) with the program minimised?

Bug is fixed again in Version 1.66 BUT:

If you want XnConvert to use the name oft the input-file for the Output-file: nothing happens (no files are converted)

If you want XnConvert to use another name for the output-file in the same folder like the input-file: there is a infinite loop - example:

input: filename -> output: filename_
XnConvert takes the output-file as Input file and generates filename__ then filename___, filename____ and so on...
why? - each new output-file is detected as new input-file and convertion-process never stops

If you want XnConvert to delete the input-file after converting: a window opens with the question if this is ok. nice idea, but if you run XnConvert on a server to watch a Folder there is no user who answers the question for each single file found in the watched folder. XnConvert should not aks questions if it converts files in a watched folder!
