XnView Software

I need open a *.cel,it's Lumena CEL file.
It's said that it could be open in Formats List:http://www.xnview.com/en/xnview/?Format ... el#formats
But I can't open with all plugins.
There are anybody the same problem with me?Could you tell me how to deal with it? Thaks.

Please try selecting this setting:

Tools > Options... :
