On XNshell-convert-resize, sizing is not correctly applied

When resizing by the shell ext. convert -> resize, there are limits for width/height (or height/width, it's not explicitly written, would be another improvement), but they are not correctly applied:
I have an image 2000px wide 1500px high, which i convert via shell:
If i set the limits to 150x1500 i get 200x150,
and the same if i set 1500x150
setting 150x1500, i would expect to get 150x113, same as if i open xnview and resize there...
