Batch rename loses dublicate suffix settings

Hello,
When Batch rename window opens, and Name template produces files with duplicate names, XnView automatically adds suffix to them. The default setting is Only if needed. However, I prefer the Always option. When I click on it, everything works fine. However, the next time I use the same feature, the setting is back to Only if needed. Is it possible to make the program remember the preference, as user's liking probably does not change that often? If I remember correctly, in classic XnView this setting did not change until manually modified by the user.
