XnView Software

Hey, I remember using a software that let me pan through a gif image like a video or go back or next 1 frame each with the up and down arrow keys. I was wondering if xnviewMP has something like this?

could you please tell me how to do it?
currently up and down arrow keys do nothing.
and i dont know where the panning bar is.
