Categories - Wrong Import Order

Hi all,
I know that I risk to bore all of you with my "Categories tree" questions, but actually I want to share a (temporary?) solution also.
If I import a category tree, the first main category is placed - last. (zero should be in front of 1)
However - if you place the last main category first in txt file ("Vozila" in front of "0") - the imported Category tree will be well sorted:
