zoom to top, focus open

Hi, I just migrated from XP to 7. I used Acdsee for really long time until after the migration, because unfortunately it's not working quite well in 7. After testing various image view software, I found that XnView is the best.
After using for a while I found that there're 2(or 4) things that I want to request from you.
1. I mainly use XnView to read comics, so I must always zoom the image to certain range to read it, but with the zoom focused on center, I always need to go to top first after zooming.
2. When the XnView window is open and I try to open another image, the XnView opens the image but still stays on background(not focused), the focus is still in the windows explorer window. (I use single instance for XnView)
These two are optional but will be nice to have.
3. In Acdsee I can keep holding up arrow and the next image will be instantly go to top, and while zooming also make it to the top. In XnView, everytime I hold the up arrow and press the zoom(+), the up arrow is reset and I need to keep pressing it(I cannot hold the up arrow)
4. When moving the image with mouse, can you make the small image not move instead of zooming it?
Thanks!
