EXR Files don't preview Correctly

I think this is something to do with EXR's having a DataWindow and DisplayWindow values that don't always match up...
There is some nasty pixel stretching on one side and the image resolution is not correct...
JefeCheck load the image properly

This also seems to be affecting NConvert going from Exr to Jpeg the stretching gets backed into the Jpeg
