XnView Software

I've jut installed XnView at my PDA unfortunately I cannot adjust pictures on either CF, SD or internal memory. After seting the changes I would like to make (resizing, rotating,...) and pressing the confirmation bottom it doesn't do enythink! Sometimes after trying to rotate images it quits the program. This happened when working with with 3MB files, small are fine.
I have iPaq hx2415, around 15megs of memory available and over 1gigs of storage.
I would appriciate any suggestins. thanks m

Which size have your pictures in pixels?
