XMP hierarchicalSubject to DB Categories

Hi, I tagged faces for all my pictures in Microsoft Photo Gallery, than I use ExifTool to write RegionPersonDisplayName to subject, and to hierarchicalSubject with prefix "MyTags|People|".
I have "Import XMP subject or IPTC keyword to DB Categories" checked and "Read hierarchical keywords" as well.
Than I open sample picutre, I can see all the metadata in Info/XMP tab, but Categories are unchanged.
Where is the problem?

I am using XnViewMP 0.75 x32 (Jun 11 2015)
