Better control on move files

As I need to merge several sources, timestamps are important for me.
When there is an alert on moving files that there are duplicates, I would like to have more options to better finetune which files to delete, replace or skip.
This would be perfect in the batch handling popup.
For example.
I am moving files from folder A->B. Some files are already present in folder B so I get some duplicate warnings. I would like to tell XnviewMP to check if files are 100% identical invluding timestamps. In this case no action required and file in A can be deleted.
In case files are identical but A is younger than B then keep B and delete A. If A is older than B then replace B. In case files are not identical (different size) skip or rename.
I hope you get my idea. Some more options to better automate file handling on duplicates would be very nice, it is annoying if you move hundreds of files and have to check each one manually on timestamps etc.
