Batch convert UI doesn't respect color scheme

You can see that the background is light scheme, while everything else is dark scheme (which I use).

Sorry to bring this up again, but the dark theme is still the same.

When using the default theme:

Note that this is NOT the Fusion or Fusion dark themes, which look butt-ugly to me but I'm sure might appeal to others. This is on Window 10, but has persisted since Windows 8.1 across a wide variety of system color themes.

Beyond that, is there some kind of theming documentation around, or is it nothing more than editing the sample theme, which is always called Dark no matter what? And is there some way to get more than the "Dark Theme" into the menu, or is it still just not a fleshed-out feature?

Please update the dark theme, or at least let me know what elements need to be skinned to fix the background. It might help if instead of having internal Default, Fusion, and Fusion dark theme, and an external Dark Theme, all of them were external and able to be understood by us.
